Waiting 4 Wyatt

Waiting 4 Wyatt is an Alternative Pop band whose music is both upbeat and intelligent. Powerful vocal harmonies, driving guitars, and honest subject matter are signature to the W4W sound. The band is Lucy Levinsohn (vocals), Anya Boyer (keys), Billy Berman (bass), Jon Ruiz (guitar) and, Jae Wong (drums).

Based out of Los Angeles, W4W has performed in well known hotspots such as; Universal City Walk, House of Blues, Keyclub, Knitting Factory, Roxy Theatre, Troubadour, and Whisky A Go Go. Known for their high energy performances, the band has been steadily building a following both locally and throughout Southern California, Arizona, and Texas.

Since the release of their first album "What are you waiting for?" several songs have been placed on MTV. The single, "More than myself," was the first song to be featured in "Meet the Barkers." Since the airing of that show the band has landed over 50 placements on the shows "Cheyenne", "Tiara Girls", "My Own", "Parental Control", "Next", "Underage and Engaged", and "My Super Sweet 16".

Recently the title track of their upcoming EP, Nowhere but up," was featured in the Star 98.7's listening lounge where it placed in the Top 10 in the Star Lounge Song Competition.

The band has toured throughout California, Arizona, and Texas. In March of this year W4W was invited to Austin, Texas where they were a featured artist for the Invasion of the Go Girls at SXSW. Upon return they re-entered the recording studio with producer Jeremy Rubolino (30 Seconds to Mars) to finish their up coming EP "Nowhere but up", which is expected for release November 2007.

Constantly touring, writing, and sharing one common goal; to create honest music. This band is out to prove that the wait is over. Wyatt has arrived.
